The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like sachets of coffee, tea, and biscuits. the heating was efficient, ensuring a warm and cozy retreat after chilly nights in the Peak District. the hosts even provided cereals for a quick breakfast in the morning. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere of the pub added to the overall experience. While the apartment was basic, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. With free parking and Wi-Fi, Angler's Rest offers great value for those looking to explore this beautiful part of the country. Overall, Angler's Rest is a great choice for a countryside getaway, with a perfect balance of comfort and affordability. I can't wait to return next year for another fishing adventure.
